Client IT Collection Request
You must be an existing Sims Recycling Solutions, Sims E-recycling or Clearhouse Technology client to use this online form and service.
Our IT collection service collects, buys and recycles all types of unwanted IT equipment such as computers, laptops and office equipment from you. Our service is compliant, secure and our recycling is carried out to the highest environmental standards.
How it works:
- Not an existing client? If you are not an existing client please email us to set up an account
- Existing clients can complete the online form below or email us direct quoting a purchase order number or service quote number.
- Confirmation and quote: We will contact you within one business day to confirm receipt of your collection request and provide a quote to you for collection and the buy-out of your equipment.
- Arrange collection: Sims will then arrange and confirm full details of your collection.
- Collection: We then collect your IT equipment from you on the date agreed.
- Payment: After collection we will provide payment to you as per the quote agreed and you will receive an invoice for any costs incurred.
