Explanation of Form

This form is to centralize information about request for quote for field services. The information you’ll be asked to provide:

• Previous SOW# if quoting an existing client.
• Number and type of drives (magnetic, solid state, optical, tape, other) and whether they are loose or in-machine.
• Type of data destruction required (shred, crush, degauss, erase). If erasure is needed, we will also need to know connection type (SATA, SAS, Fibre channel) and whether drives are loose or in-machine.
• Whether they have dock high or grade level building access
• What type of reporting client will need
